About
Our Mission
To equip, uplift, and empower educators to create learning environments where neurodivergent students thrive. At Every Learner Every Day, we provide teachers with practical strategies and steadfast support—transforming classroom challenges into opportunities for connection, engagement, and success for every learner, every day.
Our Founder & Lead Consultant
Christiane Gervais is a passionate instructional leader with 30 years of experience shaping minds across public and private TK-12 education. Her dedication to neurodivergent learners is not just professional—it is deeply personal.
As a mother of two children with ADHD, Christiane understands the educational journey from both sides of the desk. She knows firsthand the challenges neurodivergent students face, the worries parents carry, and the critical difference a supportive classroom makes in a child's life.
She founded Every Learner Every Day to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and the unique needs of neurodivergent learners. Drawing on her three decades of educational leadership and her lived experience as a parent, Christiane equips educators with the tools, strategies, and empathy needed to ensure students with ADHD and other learning differences don't just participate—they succeed.
Her Core Focus:
Empowering Educators: Providing actionable strategies and professional support.
Cultivating Inclusion: Designing learning conditions that celebrate neurodiversity.
Enhancing Engagement: Building supportive environments where students feel seen, safe, and ready to learn.

Educator Reference Guide for RSD
Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) is a hard-wired, neurological response in which the perception of criticism triggers an instantaneous physical wave of pain for students with ADHD. This quick reference guide helps eductors to provide feedback for ADHD students who experience RSD.
Executive Functioning Toolkit
An ADHD student's messy desk or forgotten homework is rarely a sign of laziness; it is a physical manifestation of a working memory deficit. To help them succeed, educators can use this toolkit to engineer an environment for ADHD student success.
